Content Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team and support Oktopost in executing our content strategy. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of content plans and managing day-to-day content operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Content, you will collaborate closely to maintain consistency and quality across all content channels, with a specific focus on managing our blog.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Content in executing the content strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to gather insights and execute content plans effectively.
  • Manage and maintain the company blog, including uploading, formatting, and publishing content.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze data, and provide insights to inform content optimization and future strategies.
  • Support the creation and distribution of content assets, such as whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Assist in managing relationships with content contributors, agencies, and freelancers.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in content marketing.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance content effectiveness.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in content editing, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
