We’re a global, fast-paced, and innovative startup with offices in Ramat Gan, London, and Grand Rapids (MI). As Oktopost continues to grow, we’re looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with another TA teammate, partner with leaders across the organization, and report directly to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment (end-to-end) for roles based in Israel.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team goals.
  • Source, engage, and hire top-tier candidates, with a strong focus on technical positions.
  • Build and maintain a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Ensure data accuracy and transparency through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Actively contribute to the global HR team by sharing ideas, improving processes, and thinking creatively about how we attract talent.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth, global tech company.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to creatively identify top talent.
  • A curious and innovative mindset with a passion for solving recruiting challenges in new ways.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with a specific system is a plus).
  • Proven ability to build trusting partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
