Meet Eric Hanson
Eric is the Chief Marketing Officer at Fuze, responsible for setting the company’s global marketing strategy and overseeing demand generation, brand, and product & customer marketing. Eric works with other members of the executive team to lead the company’s vision and product strategy.
Prior to his role as CMO, Eric served as the VP of Marketing at FuzeBox, which was acquired by ThinkingPhones in 2015, later assuming the Fuze brand.
Prior to Fuze, Eric was the CEO and co-founder of SPY, a creative studio servicing advertising agencies and motion picture studios, which he sold in 2009. Under Eric’s leadership, the company worked on advertising campaigns with brands including Nike, Toyota, and Apple and motion pictures including Iron Man, Hunger Games, and Avatar.
With close to 30 years of experience across enterprise sales, marketing, product, operations, M&A, and creative/design services, Eric has worked with leading global organizations like Disney, GM, Ogilvy Mather, Autodesk, and Sony.
Eric holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of California at San Diego. He continues to pursue his love of visual arts and photography as well as caring for his fruit orchard in the foothills of Northern California with his wife and two daughters.
